Book Publishing Coaching

2015 3D Book ChnaAttention all potential authors! It’s time to share your story WITH THE WORLD!

I know the fears associated with writing a book. When I began writing my first book in 2004, here were a few of mine:

“I just don’t know where to begin.”
“Somebody already wrote what I want to write.”
“I just can’t afford to write a book.”
“I’m afraid nobody will read my book.”

Now, with over 15 books successfully written and publishedand more on the table, I’m glad I took the life-changing advice of Denise Hokett-Scott:

“Be afraid, but do it anyway!”

I work with first-time authors to help get their story out of their head and into the hands of readers everywhere! Listen to what a few satisfied authors have to say:

“I’m 83 years old and I never thought I’d write a book about my life. Kimberly made it happen for me and she can make it happen for you, too.” ~ Lenard Harvey, Author, This Is My Story: The Autobiography of Lenard Harvey

“When Mrs. Parker read my poems, she immediately told me I should write a book, but I was scared. I thought, ‘No one wants to hear about my life growing up in SE DC.’ But, she kept encouraging me because she believed I had a story to tell. I’m glad I listened because people enjoy and can relate to my book. It’s opened up doors for me to perform at spoken word venues throughout the area.” ~Alexis Lemons, Author, Secret Closet by Poet XO

“Mrs. Parker helped us come out of our shells. She believed in the students at Eastern and now we have the title of ‘Author’ on our resumes so colleges and jobs can see what we’ve done with our lives!” ~ Eastern Senior High School Writing Club Class of 2015, Someone Like Me: Beautifully Outspoken
